The Venus Company offers both full and part time seasonal employment opportunities. Our quality commitment means that our team has to be fully flexible while delivering fast, accurate and friendly service.

Each team member must be focused on ensuring that each of our customers is treated as a valued guest throughout their whole stay. Keeping the tables clean is just as an important part of that experience as the quality of the food or the welcome at the till. 

Our starting rates of pay for seasonal employment are £6 for 21+ year olds, £5 for 17-20 year olds and £4 for 16 year olds.  Staff returning for a second year will receive an additional payment to reflect their experience.  Free staff meals, holiday pay and uniform is provided.  Free meals and holiday pay are worth approximately a further £1 per hour.
