Offering you a relaxed, friendly environment where you can pick up the postcard to send home, the suncream, bucket and spade you left behind or the local bottle of wine to enjoy later that day. We also like to showcase some locally-produced food & drink for you to experience the wealth of amazing producers available within the South Hams.

Looking for more activity on the beach? You can hire boards or wetsuits or take a lesson on the beach with Venus Riders. Check out our fabulous watersports available at Blackpool Sands and Bigbury on Sea.

Venus aims to provide an environmentally sensitive and ethically sound range of products. We also want to help you have a fun-filled great day on the beach. We will do our utmost to bring you goods which we have researched. At the very least they will be as close as possible or available to achieving our own mission to be the greenest beach café & shop operator.

Please note: the range of products at East Portlemouth is restricted due to lack of space and there is no Venus Beach Shop at Bigbury on Sea.
