How the Loyalty Card Works

1. Sign up to become a 'Friend of Venus' on www.lovingthebeach.co.uk. As part of this registration, you will have the option to sign up for the new loyalty card.
2. Collect your loyalty card from your chosen Venus Café following sign-up online.
3. Bring the loyalty card on each visit to Venus.
4. Hand your card to the cashier before you pay. You will receive one point for every whole pound spent.
5. Once you have reached 50 points you will be able to receive a £5 discount on any purchase from Venus (food and drink, shop or watersports activities at Watergate Bay). Alternatively, save up your points beyond 50 points and redeem them when you like.

Terms and Conditions

A Venus Loyalty Card will only be issued by registering online at: www.lovingthebeach.co.uk.

A condition of receiving and using a Venus Loyalty Card is that you agree to receive information from The Venus Company during sign-up. If you unsubscribe from receiving this information, your Loyalty Card membership will be withdrawn.

1. Cards are to be collected from a Venus café - we are unable to post cards to customers.
2. Loyalty cards are not replaceable. Any points accrued on a card which is subsequently lost cannot be transferred to another card.
3. 1 point will be received for every full £1 spent on Venus food and drink, shop goods and watersports activities at Blackpool Sands. For every 50 points collected, a £5 discount can be redeemed on any subsequent purchases of these same Venus products.
4. The minimum redemption is 50 points which will provide you with a £5 discount on Venus products as listed in point 5.
5. Any points accrued on a visit cannot be redeemed until the next visit.
6. Only one loyalty card can be used per transaction.
7. Loyalty cards cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion.
8. Any points cannot be redeemed for cash - points do not have any cash value.
9. The Venus Company reserves the right to change the number of points received per spend, the minimum redemption levels, the level of discount provided, the products or services for which the discount can be applied and to withdraw the Loyalty Card scheme at any time - details of any changes will be published on their website: www.lovingthebeach.co.uk.
10. A record of all your transactions with the Loyalty Card will be stored on our database against your personal details.
