3 succulent and flaky vegetable & soya protein fingers in golden breadcrumbs with homemade tartare sauce in an artisan floured bap.

VISH FINGER (Moving Mountain): water, WHEAT flour, vegetable protein (SOYA protein concentrate), vegetable oil (sunflower & rapeseed), starch (maize, WHEAT, potato, rice), thickener (methyl cellulose, cellulose), natural flavouring, salt, maltodextrin, spice extract, spices.

TARTARE SAUCE (home made in Venus kitchens): vegan mayonnaise, gherkins (55%), salt, sugar, acidity regulator, calcium chloride, potassium metabisulphite (SULPHITES), capers, water, spirit vinegar, salt, fresh lemon juice.

VEGAN MAYONNAISE: rapeseed oil, Water, sugar, spirit vinegar, salt, modified waxy maize starch, stabiliser (xanthan gum), flavouring, colour: carotene, antioxidant: calcium disodium (EDTA).
