VENUS LOYALTY CARD SCHEME

Welcome to the Venus Loyalty Card scheme. Register your card now and you can start collecting points from your next visit. Points will be rewarded for café and shop purchases, plus watersports at Blackpool Sands*.

Registration for customers who are NOT currently a Friend of Venus.  You must be a Friend of Venus in order to register the Loyalty Card.

  1. Pick up a Loyalty Card at any of our cafés, takeaways or shops in Devon and Cornwall.
  2. Sign up to become a 'Friend of Venus'.
  3. Then follow the instructions to register your Loyalty Card.

Registration for customers who are currently a Friend of Venus (and have no Loyalty Card)

  1. Please login to your account.
  2. Go to the top menu, click on About Venus --> Signup up for a Loyalty Card.
  3. Follow the instructions to register your Loyalty Card.

Registration for customers who are currently a Friend of Venus (and have misplaced their existing Loyalty Card)

  1. Pick up a new card from one of our cafés,
  2. Login to your 'Friend of Venus' account
  3. Go to the top menu, click on About Venus --> Lost your Loyalty Card. 
  4. Register the new card. Please note that all points accrued on your old card will be lost.

 

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

  1. Loyalty cards are not replaceable. Any points accrued on a card which is subsequently lost cannot be transferred to another card.
  2. You must present your card at the time of purchasing to collect points.  Hand to the cashier BEFORE paying for goods and services.
  3. 1 point will be received for every £1 spent on Venus food and drink, shop goods and watersports at Blackpool Sands.  Each point is equivalent to 5pence redemption value. Your points can be redeemed at any time.
  4. Loyalty cards cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion.
  5. The Venus Company reserves the right to change these terms and conditions, or withdraw the loyalty card scheme at any time. This may include changing the number of points received per spend, minimum redemption levels, the level of discount, the products or services for which the discount can be applied.  Details of any changes will be published on this page.
  6. A record of transactions with the loyalty card will be stored on our database against your personal details.
  7. Any points accrued on a visit cannot be redeemed until the next visit.
  8. Only one loyalty card can be used per transaction.
  9. Points cannot be redeemed for cash - points do not have any cash value.
