Mince pies, bronze turkey baps and mulled wine greet you at Bigbury on Sea every day througot December (but closed on Christmas day).  With temperatures dropping and winds blowing our menu provides you with post beach & surfing warmers.  

You can't beat our classic burger: grass fed Devon beef with English sliced cheddar cheese, shaved hispi & vine tomato.   Hot crispy french fries made exclusively from English potatoes.   Our newest burger is Katsu prawn made with 100% king prawns, coated in panko breadcrumbs - really yummy.   All this to accompany our creamy hot chocolate, dry cure bacon baps and the famous Venus tofu burger.  

With acres of perfectly fine sand, the unique Burgh Island and spectacular views across some of the best South Hams coastline, Bigbury on Sea offers the ideal family day out. It’s also one of the South Coast's best locations for windsurfing, canoeing and dramatic coastal walks.

Our newly revamped takeaway is perfect for those who have built up an appetite out on the beach. Offering our famous, homemade Devon beef burgers, artisan pasties, hearty breakfast baps and meals for the children, there’s something to tickle everyone’s taste buds.
