This spirited ready-to-drink cocktail encapsulates a blend of both local and exotic spirits.  It opens with a vibrant burst of citrus before rounding off with dry notes from the gin and iced tea.  A robust tribute to the traditional Long Island Iced Tea but with a distinctly local twist.
