Local fish at it's bext. Large mackerel locally landed in Brixham & Plymouth. A whole fish oven baked with olive oil and served with wakame (Japanese seaweed salad - sesame, soy, wheat), garlic mayo slaw, lemon wedge and either fries or home made bubble & squeak.
